Will I still post on my social media accounts?
We encourage you to continue posting. Especially content that is time-sensitive and relevant such as company photos, event happenings and such. However, you are welcome to just email us and we will post it on your behalf.
Is there a contract?
Absolutely not! All we ask is that you cancel before the billing cycle begins. We do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed. Simply call or email and we’ll be happy to discontinue your service.
Will I see content before it's posted?
That is up to you. Our clients typically give us parameters of what can be posted without their approval. If you wish, you can approve all posts or even certain kinds of posts. Just let us know.
What do you post?
Our posts vary based on your industry. We try to post a combination of media types that will engage your audience. This might be photos, text, questions, surveys, videos and of course viral content that is relevant.
